Dear Lisa,

I told you Midgie is a beauty.  I am so in love with her and all my dogs, but because she is the smallest one, she holds a special place in my heart.  My first dog my dad got for me when I was a few months old was a Cocker that he named Midgie.  I loved that dog with all my heart.  I named my very first Cavalier I got 15 years ago after her.  She died at twelve.  I only use that name for the very special dog that steals my heart totally and this Midgie was it.  That's how special she has to be to get this name.

I am so proud of her pictures.  She was a dream puppy from the beginning.  Thank you so much for raising these wonderful dogs.  I cannot find the words to thank you enough.  Pat

Lisa,

I wanted to express the special'ness of this little pup!  With all the stress & anxiety in our daily news lately, I have found solace the past few weeks in simply looking at cavalier king charles spaniel puppies "on line". Some people may find that a bit strange but I suppose we all, as humans, turn to what settles our heart and towards what brings us peace during these times of uncertainty.  The beauty and innocence of the cavalier pups just bring a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. There are literally hundreds of them on the internet to view and it is almost always obvious as to the quaility of the breeder and bloodlines when studying their given photos. Your cavaliers' photos absolutely stopped me in my tracks. When I saw the blenheim puppy on your site, I knew that I had found the cavalier for me. No doubt in my mind. Through our communications you described the pup's temperament to me.  He had just the quailities that I value .   Yesterday when I opened up his little crate's door at the airport and his eyes locked on to mine, I realized that this little puppy was just as wonderful as you had described. "Berkley" is the most precious little guy!  He is beautiful, adorable, and has the sweestest spirit inside his little fur body! My two collies came to greet him with wagging tails when I arrived home. Berkley's little tail was wagging, also!  I am so happy with this wonderful puppy and truly know that he is, indeed, one in a million!  I will and would recommend the quaility and extraordinariness of your cavaliers to anyone who is looking to add one to their family.  I hope that you continue to experience many blessings in your life!  Please be happy in knowing that I am very blessed through this special puppy! My best regards, Always...

Lisa ..

I just want to tell you that Bailey has only been here for 24 hours....he slept through the night with only one time to get out of his crate to go out..and he has not had one "accident" here in the house...Reggie our two year old who has truly been "our baby" has been incredibly accepting of his new 1/2 brother.. This is a true testimonial of all of your puppies...

When we received Reggie two years ago ..we were amazed at how smart he is.  and now the same is true... I think they are going to be "best buddies"...

I must say that Bailey is a little "spitfire"..and he has a big personality!!!!!!!

It is really too easy to adopt your puppies as they are so smart and so loving (Bailey met me at the door tonight to greet me right along with Reggie)

Thank you so much for the care that your give your puppies before they are adopted!!

Hi Lisa,

Just wanted to give you a quick update on Pippin (Chase). He is the sweetest puppy! He loves the kids and they love him. He has an amazing temperament. Playful and joyful when the kids want to play and quite and calm when the family is just relaxing. He is a perfect fit for our family and we are so blessed to have him in our lives! We love him so much already hard to believe he has only been home just 3 short weeks. :)

Attached are a few photos of him and our kiddos. This was the first time they met him and honestly it was LOVE at first sight! :) The one of him sleeping in the dog bed is how he was all the way home to Indiana. So quiet, sleepy, and very content either in the dog bed or in my arms. Just sweet!

He is eating great now and I just wanted to thank you for your quick reply to my email the first week he was home. He must have been in shock at the transition and the warm milk really helped him to calm down and by the next day he was eating the puppy food. He would only eat if I hand fed him for the first couple of days and then by the third day in the evening he ate out of his bowl by taking out one nibblet at a time walking it over to me eating it then going back and getting another one. He did that like 14 times. LOL! I think he was just scared to be away from me even though I was only like 2 feet from him...ha ha...just so funny! :)

Of course now he is gobbling all of his food 2xs a day and is up to 6 lbs. :)  He is adorable and I can't tell you the number of friends and family who wish he was theirs! :) I keep telling them I know a FANTASTIC breeder in MO who you can call! They are so surprised at how socialized he is already and how we are able to crate him (during a recent birthday party) and he just took a nap and wasn't yelping and carrying on about wanting out. He follows commands already: sit, stay, come, off, take, drop, kennel up.  He is brilliant! He will sit and stay for his food too and won't go for it until our mark. He is learning to heel on the leash and is doing really well at potty training. He loves his dog bed and his crate and is sleeping through the night just like you said. We take him out at 11pm and he can hold it until 5:30am. AWESOME! :)  He loves me the most and follows me wherever I go just like my shadow. He even prefers to be with me instead of being outside "exploring" by himself which is so funny to me, because my childhood dog would rather be outside than inside. So it is a wonderful change and I LOVE that about him! He is my little buddy and likes being held and snuggled at night.

Thank you again for our amazing dog! Enjoy the pics! He is so cute!

Hi Lisa,

Just a quick update from our cocker baby Kahlua Dakota. She's already three years old and has become a beautiful, agile and intelligent companion. We had her sterilized in April since we didn't want her to have pups. She's just a great little girl.

We visit the website often and your dogs are just as beautiful as ever. Thanks again for Kahlua!

Have a super summer!

 Hello Lisa!

I just wanted to say a quick hello! I hope you and your family are doing well. I absolutely ADORE my puppy. He has brought me so much happiness I cannot tell you. He really is the best. Everytime I walk him at least 3 people threaten to steal him, he is just that cute. Anyways, thank you again, your dogs have truly changed my life!

Thanks again,

 Hi Lisa,
I got a puppy from you about 4 years ago. It was the end of May 2005. I was living in NYC at the time but now I live in Maryland. I think you had her nicknamed Cappucino. Anyways she is the greatest, sweetest dog and I am totally in love with her. She is a chocolate cocker and her name is Cocoa. I have been thinking about getting another cocker and of course I would only get one from you. Please let me know what you have available and what you think would be a good match for me and cocoa and of course our 5 year old chocolate roan cocker, Bosco. Thanks and Sincerely,
Dawn Kulan

Hi Lisa, This is Vanessa from New Orleans!  My daughter just showed me how to email pictures, I had no idea it was so simple.  Sorry it took so long to get these to you.  Maggie's 2nd birthday just passed and Lola's birthday is right around the corner.  I just want to thank you again for letting me adopt them, they have brought me and my family so much joy and happiness!

Best wishes,

Lisa,

Thank you sooooo much for talking with me and reassuring me this morning. I so much appreciate you. You are a blessing to me.

I hope you and your family had an awesome Thanksgiving. And more, I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! May the joy of Jesus' presence fill your hearts this holiday season!

I have attached some recent pics of the pups. They are one of my biggest joys. They both fill our house with plenty of laughter, fun and love.

Thanks again for everything and for doing such an awesome job of breeding wonderful, lovable, good looking cockers. Thanks for our little pride and joys!

Hi Lisa,

Andrea emailed you earlier about our Ousiy we adopted in August of 2006.  We have talked it over, and want some more information about "Blitzen". Our questions are about general temperment as it relates to temperment and size.  We love Ouisy's laid back nature as well as her excellent nature around our 5 and 8 year old who absolutely adore her; but want to know how the males compare as you have been around them.  We had friends who owned a male, and he was very similar in disposition to Ouisy.

Finally, what would you feel about coordination of shipment around or closer to Christmas coming into Savannah, GA?  Please let me know as we are very excited about the possibility of adding another Cavalier to our family.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Lee McCullar

P.S.: Andrea will send along our Ousiy pictures very shortly, but I wanted to get some info as I am as excited as anyone about the possibility.

Dear Lisa,
Just wanted to give you a update on how Lance (Oscar) is doing.  I am in complete awe of him.  He is the cutest most well behaved puppy I ever did meet!!!!!  He is so cuddly and loveable!!!  He is almost completely potty trained.  He is so smart.  Yesterday he was reunited with his brother Bradey(Ozzie) and they couldn't get enough of each other  :)  He has brought me more happiness and endless joy in two days than I have experienced in ages.

Thank you for making it all possible,

adjusting really well so far. She is a very happy puppy. I am sure
that we will have some more questions but will also keep you updated

Hi Lisa:

I just wanted to let you know that everything is going great with our puppy.  We took him for his well check last Monday and he passed with flying colors.  It was rather funny, our vet had his Cavalier at work with him, brought him in to play with our puppy and upon questioning, found that he had bought his from you also.  What a small world!  He praised you highly.

Everything is going pretty well with the potty training, only a couple of accidents.  You have done a great job with him and we are so appreciative as he is our first inside dog and it has been quite a challenge with the 2:00 "outings".

I am in the process of ordering the vitamins and will keep him on those and will contact you if anything out of the ordinary happens, but otherwise consider him a "job well done"!

Thanks again,

Dan and Carolyn Sutton

YOu are the best! Thanks again Lisa.

Hi Lisa,

I wanted to give you an update on how Jasper, aka "Lance" is doing.  He is fourteen weeks old as of yesterday and just as precious as the first day he arrived here.  He has been a great addition to my life and I know everyone says this but, he is the most beautiful puppy I've ever seen.  It takes a lot of strength for my friends and family to stay away from him for longer than 2 minutes.  He is just that cute!!!

I live right across the water from NYC and as you can imagine, it is quite tough walking the streets with this little guy.  It's as if he's the "brad pitt" of puppies...and I'm not even close to kidding!  My boyfriend and I have to go down side streets just to get home in time!!!  We are constantly stopped!  He is gorgeous and everyone loves him.

So, long story short, I wanted to say thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to bring such a wonderful addition into my life.  I'm so glad I didn't miss the chance
.

One day soon, I'm hoping to contact you again to get Jasper a baby brother or sister.  Possibly a cockalier or cocker spaniel baby.  I don't think I can wait much longer!!  :-)

I will send updated pictures of him soon.  I have taken around 200 (I just can't help myself!!) but haven't gotten a chance to upload them.

Take care and speak with you soon.

Regards,
Danielle (Jasper aka "Lance", Hoboken, NJ)

Dear Lisa,

Elvis is almost three years old now and is the LOVE of our lives.  My husband and I cannot remember life before him.  He is the sweetest, most loving little boy and brings us so much joy and happiness each and every day.

I am attaching a picture of him for your website.  He is so very handsome.  Thank you again for sharing him with us.  He truly is our baby boy!!

Hope all is well there.

Lisa,

We wanted to drop you a quick email to let you know the puppy arrived safely without any problems.  The girls decided on Raleigh as his name.  Everyone loves him and is doing their part to allow him to get to know us and feel comfortable here.

He is doing fine and seems to be adjusting to our home and the family very well.  As a matter of fact, he is laying in my youngest daughters arms sleeping right now.  I can't adequately explain just how happy that is making my daughter.
So, thank you again for your help bringing Raleigh into our family.  Have a great weekend.

Landon made it to Richmond right on time. He is such a precious dog. Everyone in the house fell in love with him when they saw him. I do have a couple of questions. Did you put him in his crate at night? During the night, did you wake him up to take him outside?  He didn't cry when he went into his crate. I guess it was because he was so worn out from the trip and all the excitement. He did wake up around 3 so we took him outside. He's such a smart dog for his age and he picks up on things quickly. Thank you so much for letting us get him. Lindsay in VA

Hi Lisa,
"Isobella"  which we are calling Bella is settling in quite nicely.  She is everything you said she would be and more!
I actually have her at work with me today because I just couldn't leave her home all day alone.
I will keep in touch. Thank you so much for everything.

Been quite busy with Murphy (Simon) it is hard to put him down. He is now 4 months old and such a personality. Even our mailman who loves him and has 2 large dogs, said he has change his mind about the smaller dogs. Of course he was a hit at the vet's, like all your dogs, they are all beautiful.

My grandkids are coming for Christmas and are excited to see him. Just wanted to let you know he doing great and is such a joy. Sending a picture of our Christmas Card this year, Painted Murphy in watercolor, when he is older will do a portrait

Thank you so much for bringing Brady into my life. I love this little boy so much and he brings my family so much happiness. The other two dogs don't understand why he's here but they have pretty much accepted the fact that he is, for good!

After losing Barkley, I never thought I could feel this way again.......my heart still hurts but now there is this sweet, little boy to love. Lisa, you will always be very special to this family!

My mom forwarded your e-mail inquiry about Lisa's puppies. I will also attest to how wonderful they are. I'm the one who is making therapy dog visits at the local rehab center with mom's Elizabeth Taylor. She's such a delight. She weighs about 13 lbs. Drew is my smart as a whip agility dog. She's a year and a half and already does weave poles. She's REALLY brilliant. She weighs about 12 lbs. Billie and Victoria are both still smidgeons, but at about 8months each they look like they will be pretty small as well. I'm guessing that Victoria (same parents as the baby that you are looking at) will be the smallest of the group. Healthwise, they all are excellent thus far. I feed them an excellent holistic diet and they get lots of exercise to help support longevity. But, I can honestly say that their genetic make-up is excellent to start with. You can see more photos of them at my website: www.dogpawse.com

Hi Lisa! It has officially been one week since we received Lane (now Simon), and we are so happy. He is the sweetest puppy. He is sweet, and playful, and just perfect. I suspect that you did a little crate training with him (using wee wee pads maybe?) because he hasn't had a single accident since he arrived, which is amazing, and rare with most puppies. We just love him, and can't thank you enough.

Lisa, I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful puppy Reggie is.. He is around our 4 grandchildren several times a week.. he is well tempered and is loved.  He fetches his little toys, gives us his paw, he sleeps in the bed with us, loves to get a bath, and responds to everything we ask of him. We are still amazed how smart he is.  My husband, who was leary at our "older years" to have a new puppy.. but I must say that he is totally in love with this dog.

 Lisa,

He is adorable!  There was no shyness about him; he wanted to play as soon as we got him out of the crate and onto the grass and sunshine!  I work in long term care and he will accompany me to work; I have a “playpen” set-up in my office for him, but he will be able to come out and play and visit.  At home, we have a large yard that he already loves running around in chasing the crickets and grasshoppers; what a pleasure to watch!

Thank you for bringing this beautiful and fun little guy into our lives…

 Hi Lisa,

Here are some pics of Maddux! He has settled right in! We just adore him! He is the sweetest thing and what a snuggler! :) I love that. He is so playful like you said but can settle down so nice!

Hope all of the other puppies are well and got good homes too!

Thanks!

Hi Lisa,

I'm sorry I didn't send along some more information about Maddux! He was begging for my attention so I had to make it quick! :)

He is doing great! He learned come and sit very quickly. We're still working on stay and leave it. He follows us everywhere and just loves to sit on our laps and chew his toys. He is spoiled rotten and we wouldn't have it any other way. He sleeps in our bed (yes, in). He crawls right under the covers and snuggles with either me or my husband. If he gets to warm, he comes out of the covers and sleeps with his head right next to my husband's on his pillow. It is the sweetest thing.

He's completely potty trained and has a clean bill of health! The entire Vet's office adore him. The entire staff came out just to see the little guy! And he just loves to play fetch! We have a long hallway in our home and we toss any of his toys and he just bolts after it and brings it right back.

Everyone just loves him and says he is so cute that he almost looks like a stuffed animal or a picture. He is just beautiful and we love the mark on his face! Gives him so much character and makes him that much more special. Please know he is in a completely loving, safe home.

Take care and we'll try to send along some more updates when we can.

Happy New Year!

She has arrived. She is beautiful, and such a people dog. I hadn't told my husband about her...and she "had him at hello!!!" She's sleeping in his lap right now. It's been a little hectic as she adjusts to our family but she has gone potty outside on command three times in a row!  Thanks for everything Lisa.

 Lisa,
Midgie is amazing. She is doing excellent with the
potty training. Had a couple of pee accidents in the
house, but that's to be expected. Is sleeping all
through the night til I get up. Boy, is that nice.

She is jumping through the pet door if I hold it open
for her a little. She tries so hard to do it herself.
It's so cute. It has the magnets on the bottom and
she just isn't strong enough to push it open. She
knows what to do already, but just can't do it. So
smart.

She has also learned to go up the three carpeted steps
that go from the landing up to the kitchen. That is
darling too. She will try anything after I show her
what to do. Thanks for such a wonderful puppy!!

Well Lisa this may be my last email for awhile. I will email once in awhile
to let you know his progress. Luke has now been vet checked here and comes
with a clean bill of health. The vet was really impressed with his
health and how solid he was. He weighed in at 4 pounds 6 ounces to-day.
Thank you once again for such a wonderful companion.

Hi Lisa:

This is an up to date picture of Luke. We are having a great time with him
and love him dearly.
This first snowfall was really funny. He didn't know where to go or what to
do, but now he begs to go outside just to play in it.

Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Hi Lisa,
I couldn't resist sending this shot of Jewel. She LOVES the snow, which is a good thing because we just got finished with a raging blizzard with 28 inches of blowing, drifting snow and 3 snow days from school! Here she is eating the snow off my patio door! I love her so much--thank you again!

Hi Lisa,
Just wanted to send you a few pictures of Windy. Today she turned 2 years old. I just want you to see what a beautiful girl she has turned out to be. Please know she brings so much joy to me!! Both her and Bailey are so special. I can still remember the day I seen Windy online after putting my Mindy down. Time has sure flew since that day. I get a lot of complements on what a beautiful dog she is. I am thinking of getting a chocolate female sometime. Do you also breed them?
Thank you for selling me such a great dog. Please let me know what you think of the pictures.

happy easter! thanks so much for the info. she ("Gidget" is her name, like her grandma) had a wonderful day and is really the most wonderful little girl. we played a lot and she met our other two dogs who were wonderfully sweet and calm with her which was a relief. she ate well, is getting a hang of the going outside thing, and is even jumping off the step to the yard and getting back up...so cute! Thanks for such a wonderful puppy, we just love her!!

I bought a gorgeous male Cavalier months ago. Lisa knows the animals, socializes them around children in a clean and loving environment. She then follows through with any questions or issues that arise. I'm impressed as well as fortunate to have such a wonderful pet. Kent & Susan Elston Arkansas

Lisa,
We are doing fine so far. I am so impressed that she's house trained already! We go out every 3 hours or so and she's a pro! She seems to be getting used to the apartment and loves to go outside in the yard. As you can imagine, she's a huge hit with everyone in the neighborhood and everyone in my family loves her.
I will keep you posted. We are going to the vet 2 weeks from today for her shots.
I have enclosed some pictures!
Thanks,
Daniel

Hi, Lisa! Everything is going great!

Marlowe was a little quiet and tired when I first got her on Thursday. After a nap and getting used to me, she really started having fun and showing her personality.

She went to see our Vet on Friday. Dr. Irwin says that you get a gold star on your breeding of Marlowe. He is such a good vet and loved her.

She is eating well and doing great with her bathroom breaks. On Thursday night, she only whined once. I let her out to go potty, but I think all she needed was to know that I was right there. Last night, I didn't hear a peep from her at all. Although she is getting a lot of attention and is very tired at night.

The boys are being very gentle and loving towards her. It makes me proud to see them act this way. They love playing with her and cuddling is their favorite.

Mitchell is 10 and is in 5th grade. Grant is 8 and in 3rd grade.

Glad you enjoyed the cookies. The cookies are sweet just like my new puppy!
Thanks, Deedra

Henry arrived right on time and even though he seemed a little scaired about 5 minutes after I got him home he took right over!!! He just fell asleep about 15 minutes ago after eating, peeing, pooping and playing!!! He is really a cutie and I can't wait for my daughter to see him - she is due home on Sunday. Our Lab Lucy has not taken her eyes off of him - she is such a mommy!! I know things must be pretty quiet around your house now. Just know that this little fella will get so much love and attention. I will send you pix of him with Ashley when she gets here. His feet will never touch the ground with her!! Thanks for the little love pup - Happy Holidays to you and your family.

hi lisa, just wanted to give you an update on the puppy. he is doing very well, eating good and it feels like he has always been here. he is a cuddly love and we adore him. he is a sweet boy. i think he thinks i am his natural mother, has his eyes on me at all times and always wants me to pick him up (which of course i do). so don't worry, he is in a good home and he seems to like it. thanks again -

Hi Lisa!

I have attached a photo of my baby with her new winter coat on for those
times I have to run her outside in the cold :). My friends and parents
are amazed at how incredibly well behaved and well adjusted the puppy is
(especially with strangers), and I know that I have you to thank for
that!  Thanks a bunch for everything!!

Hi, Lisa,
I just wanted to give you the 3-day update. Ridley is the cutest, sweetest puppy ever! He loves everybody and everybody loves him. All my friends want to take him home! My cats are even warming up to him because he is so irresistable and adorable.
He is quite popular and has already been invited to playdates with other dogs. Finally, his check up with the vet was great. He didn't even squirm or cry during the exam.
Thanks for giving me such a wonderful companion. I am so happy that he is part of my family!
I hope you and your family have a fantastic time in Mexico.

Kind regards,
Tia-Maria

Dear Lisa,

He is beyond perfect. He is a true prize. He loves us, and we love him. Everybody he meets loves him. My grandson Zachary, who is 4 yrs old, just couldn't leave him alone, And when he left, Benji was looking all over for him. Probably was like being back with your son. I have a vet appt. on Wednesday. I'm sure all will be fine. If I need to stay in touch, I will. Otherwise, thanks for everything. I have told everyone about your website
We named him Benji, it really fits him. He LOVES his bed. He is sooo good! Deanna

Hi Lisa,

Little CC (Sierra) is doing great. I think she might be a genius. She has already learned to eliminate in either her litter box or on one of her 2 puppy pads, usually right after eating or playing. In the mornings, she wakes us up to let us know that she needs to go out.

She is starting to play fetch and learning to sit on command. We are extremely pleased. She is very eager to learn.

How long should we use the drops and should we buy more of the those big vitamins? Also, do you have any recommendations on puppy food brands?

Commercial Insurance, Senior Account Representative Hi Lisa,

Just wanted to show you a day at the office with Lucie. She is amazing, she comes when we call her and she has only had a couple accidents in the house. We went to see the vet and they loved her. We take her to work with us so my office now looks like a nursery! Anyway, she is doing very well, can’t thank you enough!

Ricci

Hey Lisa,
Thought I would send this along to show you how hard Lucie works during the day. Can’t thank you enough for this little girl!

Hi Lisa,

He is doing great as we are adjusting our schedule to his. His little personality fits his name to a T. He's not afraid of anything and he's quite the gymnast. He's not afraid of our older dog (Mikko) either. Mikko has taken to him well. Even though he doesn't want to play with Max he does keep an eye on him.
Again, thank you for our beautiful bundle of joy. He is wonderful and has already learned a few commands--very intelligent.

Best, Jacqueline

Hey, I was just wanting to let you know how things were going. They are great! I named him Drake, he slept almost the whole way home. He is soo loving, my parents came over to see him and he went right to them. I fed him when we got home but he wouldn't eat much but I figure that will take some time for him to get used to where he is. Other than that, he seems happy he is asleep in my lap right now. Well, just wanted to update you and thank you again. I love him!

hey its Heather, Pete and coco!!!! we could not love her any more! she has proved to be our perfect match. have yet to find a flaw. haha

we were curious though....generally, how big have the cockaliers from these two parents grown to be??? we wanted to know an average of the size she will grow to become.
also, i think i declined the info to switch the name and info for her id chip but our vet has encouraged us to make the change. can u please give us the information for that?
thanks so much and truly we cant stop adoring coco. pete wakes up and stares at her for hours, haha

best wishes. take care
